No KINGS 2.0

a nationwide Indivisible event!

🌎 Over 5 million people stood up on June 14th to reject fascism, state terror, and genocide.
On October 18th, we rise again — louder, stronger, unstoppable.

✊ Let’s Recap

In June, Roseburg made history.
📍 In a town of just 23,795, more than 2,000 people lined the sidewalks of Garden Valley Blvd to defend democracy and reject Trump’s wannabe monarchy.

🌎 We stood shoulder-to-shoulder with millions across all 50 states, U.S. territories, and 20 foreign countries. On June 14th, 2025, more than 5 million people participated in “No Kings” protests across over 2,100 cities and towns in the U.S. — one of the largest single-day demonstrations in modern American history.

🔥 Trump’s attempt to turn June 14th into a coronation backfired — his birthday parade was drowned out by protests across the nation and the world. The story of the day wasn’t him — it was us: a movement rising to say America has no kings, no fascism, no genocide, and no state terror.

📅 Next Up: October 18th

Now it’s time to do it again.
📍 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (between NW Edenbower Blvd and Renann Street)
🕛 Saturday, October 18th

This time, we’re moving to a larger location to accommodate even more people and parking. Together with a nationwide coalition of 200+ organizations, we’ll make our voices heard once more.

⚠️ Why We’re Showing Up

Because silence is complicity. Trump and his allies are escalating their war on human rights:

  • 🇵🇸 Funding and arming Israel’s genocide against Palestinians, carried out with U.S. taxpayer money.
  • ❌ Spreading fascism at home while crushing dissent.
  • 🪖 Deploying troops into our cities and unleashing I.C.E. to terrorize immigrant communities.
  • 💰 Feeding billionaires while families struggle — and covering up for Jeffrey Epstein and his pedophile friends.

Our response must be louder, bigger, and bolder than before — because people’s lives depend on it.

🗣️ Our Message

  • ❌ No to genocide in Palestine, funded by the U.S.
  • ❌ No to fascism at home and abroad.
  • ❌ No to troops in our streets and ICE terror in our communities.
  • ❌ No to corruption that protects billionaires and pedophiles while ordinary people suffer.
  • 👑 No Kings in the USA

We showed up on June 14th.
On October 18th, we’ll show up again — stronger, louder, and unshakable.

I-5 Banner Drop #1

I-5 Banner drop #1

Make it impossible to ignore — join us August 30th.

On August 30th in Roseburg, we join a nation-wide day of action stretching from the Mexico border to Canada. Timed for the height of Labor Day weekend traffic, we’ll make sure thousands of people see — and cannot ignore — the humanitarian crises and political corruption we are standing against.

📍 We’ll gather to hang large protest banners calling out:

  • 🇵🇸 The U.S.-funded genocide and famine in Gaza — Palestinians starved and abused under apartheid by Netanyahu’s far-right government, with U.S. aid and political cover.

  • 🧊 ICE’s raids, kidnappings, and terror — targeting immigrant and migrant communities, tearing apart families, and even wrongfully deporting U.S. citizens.

  • 🧒 The protection of pedophiles by political and business elites — including Donald Trump and the GOP, shielding abusers connected to Jeffrey Epstein’s network.

🪧 Bring a sign!

We’ll provide large banners, but we also encourage big, bold protest signs of your own.

Suggested Sign Messages

For Gaza

  • LET GAZA LIVE

  • STOP STARVING GAZA

  • END GENOCIDE

For Immigrant Rights

  • ABOLISH ICE

  • STOP TERRORIZING IMMIGRANTS

  • DEPORTATIONS WITHOUT DUE PROCESS = KIDNAPPING

For Epstein’s Network

  • RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES

  • GOP PROTECTS PEDOPHILES

  • TRUMP PROTECTS PEDOPHILES

  • PROTECT KIDS, NOT ABUSERS

Let’s make this action highly visible — and impossible to ignore.

🔒 Location Security: To deter counter-protesters and keep attendees safe, the exact protest location will be shared only with those who register via Mobilize.

🚗 Parking may require a significant walk as there is little to no nearby parking. We will accommodate accessibility needs by grouping protesters on nearby sidewalks for those who cannot make it to the overpass.

✌️ This is a peaceful, nonviolent action in the Indivisible tradition — we de-escalate and stand together.

Stand With The Oppressed

Stand With The Oppressed

Stand With The Oppressed

Join Us In Protest!

Why We Gather

Around the world and here at home, people are suffering because the powerful choose cruelty over compassion. On August 16th, we come together to stand with the victims of three interconnected systems of abuse and oppression — and to demand justice.

🇵🇸 Gaza & the West Bank

Palestinians are being starved to death by Benjamin Netanyahu and his far-right cabinet in Israel. This man-made famine is a war crime. In the West Bank, daily life under an apartheid system means constant abuse, harassment, and violence. The United States enables these crimes of genocide with billions in military aid and political cover. We say: Stop funding genocide. End the occupation.

🧊 ICE & the Attack on Immigrants

I.C.E. is ripping families apart, targeting people for arrest and deportation based on ethnicity, race, and the language they speak. Even U.S. citizens have been wrongfully detained and deported. They are defying the Constitution, ignoring court orders, and terrorizing immigrant and BIPOC communities. We say: End racial profiling. End deportations without due process. Respect the rule of law.

🧒 Epstein’s Network & the Abuse of Children

Jeffrey Epstein may be gone, but his network of powerful pedophiles remains protected. The Trump administration has shielded individuals who could face charges — people who may also implicate Donald Trump himself, who has been convicted of sexual assault and credibly accused of being a part of Epstein’s ring of abusers. Survivors deserve the truth, justice, and protection. We say: No more hiding the abusers. Hold them all accountable.

This Is About All of Us

Whether it’s in Gaza, at the U.S. border, or behind closed doors of the wealthy and well-connected, the pattern is the same:

  • Abuse of power.

  • Dehumanization of victims.

  • Protection of perpetrators.

We cannot call ourselves a decent, free society if we stay silent while our government enables these crimes. Our humanity demands that we speak up — not just for our own communities, but for anyone whose dignity, safety, and future are under attack.

Suggested Sign Messages

Make up your own creative signs. If you need a little inspiration, here are some suggested sign messages.

For Gaza & the West Bank

  • STOP U.S.-FUNDED GENOCIDE

  • FREE PALESTINE

  • NO MORE APARTHEID

  • HANDS OFF GAZA

  • STARVATION IS A WAR CRIME

For ICE & Immigrant Rights

  • STOP TERRORIZING IMMIGRANTS

  • DEPORT RACISM, NOT PEOPLE

  • FAMILIES BELONG TOGETHER

  • DEPORTATIONS WITHOUT DUE PROCESS = KIDNAPPING

  • IMMIGRANTS ARE AMERICA

For Epstein’s Network & Survivors

  • JUSTICE FOR SURVIVORS

  • NO MORE PROTECTION FOR PEDOPHILES

  • TRUMP ISN’T ABOVE THE LAW

  • EXPOSE THE EPSTEIN NETWORK

  • BELIEVE SURVIVORS

We refuse to be silent in the face of injustice. We refuse to accept cruelty as normal.

On August 16, we stand with the victims — and we stand for what’s right.

NO KINGS! Nationwide Day of Defiance!

  • Bureau of Land Management (the sidewalk and green space along Garden Valley Blvd) (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

WHAT IS “NO KINGS”?

NO KINGS is a national day of action and mass mobilization in response to the increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption of the Trump administration.

  • We’ve watched as they’ve cracked down on free speech, detained people for their political positions, threatened to deport American citizens, and defied the courts. They’ve done this all while continuing to serve and enrich their billionaire allies. They think they rule—but we are bigger than even their worst aspirations.

  • Donald Trump is planning a military parade in Washington, D.C. on June 14. This display of might is intended to intimidate opponents and solidify his image as a strongman on our dime—we won’t stand by while that happens.

  • Instead of allowing this military parade to be the center of gravity, we will make action everywhere else the story of America that day: people coming together in communities across the country to reject strongman politics and corruption.

  • Alongside local organizers, partners, and leaders from across the pro-democracy & pro-worker movement, we will demonstrate organized people power that outpaces any authoritarian aspirations.

  • NO KINGS events should be additive and congruent with adjacent mobilizations and recognitions, including Veterans celebrations, Pride events, and Juneteenth on 6/19.

Join us in protest! Make creative signs and bring your friends! Show up, be vocal, but always peaceful.
