Because when the billionaires break every rule, it's going to take more than a rally to stop them.
This is a General Strike Day. We are asking everyone to stay home from work, skip school, and spend no money on May 1st. Instead, join us on the overpass and make your voice heard where it can't be ignored.
We will have our large banners on display for the traffic below. Bring your own signs and show the community where you stand.
Together we will be flexing our collective muscle in a tremendous day of power — showing our unity through a day of marches, rallies, and actions including No Work. No School. No Shopping.

This is a peaceful, nonviolent protest, and that means:
- Do not block traffic
- Do not take the bait of those who wish to antagonize us or our movement — disengage or remove yourself from conflict
- No physical engagement with counter-protesters
- No weapons of any kind

Note on Parking: To access the overpass facing the Northbound I-5 traffic, park in the empty lot all the way at the top of Boulder Drive on your left (go up the curved road behind Oregon Pacific Bank off of Edenbower Blvd and Boulder Drive) or along the roadway. Crossing to the other side of the overpass (facing Southbound I-5 traffic) is done at your own risk — if you prefer a safer route to that side, park at the Roseburg Regional Airport and walk up the hill on Stewart Parkway to meet us at the top.
