Indivisible Douglas County is a grassroots group of everyday people united to protect democracy, defend human rights, and hold our leaders accountable — right here in Southern Oregon. Progressive values run deep in the Pacific Northwest, and they live here in Douglas County too. Inspired by the national Indivisible movement, we organize, advocate, and take bold action to fight back against the Trump agenda, rising authoritarianism, and attacks on our freedoms. Real change starts locally — and it starts with us. From Drain to Glendale, from Reedsport to Diamond Lake, and everywhere in between, we are here for all Douglas County residents who care about the direction this country is headed.

WHAT IS “NO KINGS”?
NO KINGS is a national day of mass mobilization—a defiant roar from the people against rising authoritarianism, corruption, and the billionaire-backed power grabs of Donald Trump and his regime.
We’ve seen enough. Free speech is under attack. Protesters are being arrested. Citizens are being threatened with exile. Courts are being ignored. And through it all, Trump and his enablers have lined their pockets, serving oligarchs while dismantling democracy.
Now he’s planning a military parade in Washington, D.C. on June 14—a grotesque spectacle of authoritarian pride, meant to silence dissent and glorify his rule. But we won’t let that story be told.
We will write a different story.
From city centers to small towns, we will flood the streets with people refusing to kneel to a wannabe king. We will gather, we will rise, and we will show the true face of this country: not fear and submission—but resistance, unity, and unstoppable people power.
This is not a moment to stay home. This is the moment to rise up.
Join us—because America doesn’t belong to strongmen. It belongs to the people. And we’re taking it back. Bring your protest signs against the Trump administration and bring your friends as well. There is strength and safety in numbers.

Keep up the pressure for meaningful change by organizing around policies that advance equity, inclusion, and justice for all—regardless of race, religion, background, ability, gender, or who we love—while lifting up the voices of rural communities like ours.
