Summer of Solidarity Saturdays - 7/5/25 - NO WAR WITH IRAN!

  • Bureau of Land Management Building (the side walk in front) 777 Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard Roseburg, OR, 97471 United States (map)

📢 Why We’re Protesting on July 5th

On Saturday, July 5th, we’re taking to the streets of Roseburg to deliver a loud, unified message: 🚫 No War with Iran.

The Trump administration is once again dragging us to the edge of another reckless, unnecessary war — not to protect American lives, but to distract from its own corruption and failures. This latest march to war isn’t about national security — it’s about controlling the headlines while Trump pushes his so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” that guts our rights, sells out working people, and consolidates power in the hands of the ultra-rich.

🔁 We’ve seen this playbook before:

👉 Manufactured threats.

👉 Fearmongering on cable news.

👉 Lies from the White House.

👉 And behind it all, oil companies and weapons contractors licking their lips.

We’ve been here. We remember Iraq.

Thousands of lives lost. Trillions wasted. Whole regions shattered. And for what? Now they want to do it again — and they expect us to fall in line? Hell no.

We will not let Trump start another war to cover up his political crimes. We demand diplomacy over destruction, peace over profit, and accountability over authoritarianism.

The choice is not between war and nothing — it’s between justice and chaos. We choose peace. We choose life. We choose resistance.
