We ARE THE RESISTANCE.

Help US Save Democracy.

Indivisible Douglas County is a grassroots group of everyday people united to protect democracy, defend human rights, and hold our leaders accountable — right here in Southern Oregon. Progressive values run deep in the Pacific Northwest, and they live here in Douglas County too. Inspired by the national Indivisible movement, we organize, advocate, and take bold action to fight back against the Trump agenda, rising authoritarianism, and attacks on our freedoms. Real change starts locally — and it starts with us. From Drain to Glendale, from Reedsport to Diamond Lake, and everywhere in between, we are here for all Douglas County residents who care about the direction this country is headed.

join us for our next national event:
good trouble lives oN

On July 17th, we join Indivisible groups across the country for a nationwide day of action to honor Congressman John Lewis, whose legacy reminds us that fighting for democracy means getting into good trouble.

In Roseburg, we’re rallying to:

  • Defend Oregon’s vote-by-mail system

  • Oppose Senate Bill 210, a calculated attack on voter access

  • Support our community through a local food donation drive

This is about more than protest — it’s about solidarity. It’s about standing up to voter suppression and standing with those in our community who are in need.

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”

— Martin Luther King Jr.

Democracy’s under attack. Help us fight back.

Upcoming Events & Actions

Indivisible Douglas County is a group of local volunteers working together to make democracy real for everyone in our community—no matter who we are, where we live, or what we look like.

We believe that real change starts close to home. That’s why we:

  • Help educate and empower our neighbors in Douglas County to take action, speak out, and make their voices heard.

  • Reach beyond our borders to support voters in key areas across the country for the purpose of electing progressive leaders and holding all elected officials accountable.

  • Come together as a community to let our Members of Congress know what matters most to us here in Douglas County.

  • Keep up the pressure for meaningful change by organizing around policies that advance equity, inclusion, and justice for all—regardless of race, religion, background, ability, gender, or who we love—while lifting up the voices of rural communities like ours.
